Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund for the purchase price of the item but customers must cover the cost of return transport/postage. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing, via email, clearly stating your decision to cancel. In the case of furniture and other large items, customers are responsible for arranging the return carriage themselves and should liaise directly with the courier of their choice. For ease and reassurance of safe carriage we advise customers to use one of our recommended couriers. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when received. Any returned items that are damaged in transit will not be eligible for a full refund. |
Where any bespoke alteration has been made to an item, for example a specific paint colour or finish requested, no return can be made.
If the customer requests a period of storage, either with ourselves or with one of our designated couriers, the purchase may, on delivery, be outside of the cancellation period. The cancellation period on stored items is 4 weeks from the date of purchase. After this time customers can no longer request a refund.

All mirror, armoire and garden furniture customers will receive a dispatch email on the day their item is collected by the courier. Once a dispatch email has been sent the customer cannot cancel the order until the item has been received.
All decorative purchases are sent via a tracked postal service. Customers will receive an email on the day of dispatch with the tracking number. Once this is received the order cannot be cancelled until the item has been received.
